Director / Head Coach
With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I have dedicated my career to helping individuals become stronger, healthier, and fitter.
I am a highly qualified Strength Coach, holding a Level 2 Strength & Conditioning certification and a degree in exercise physiology & sports science.
My primary focus is on strength training, where I work with clients of all backgrounds to build the foundation of strength, power, stability, and confidence. Whether you're looking to gain strength, lose fat, improve athletic performance, or recover from an injury, my approach is personalized to meet your unique goals.
In addition to strength training, I am a certified Nutrition Coach, believing that proper nutrition is a key component of achieving peak performance and health. -

ALEISHA LEWIS
Nutritionist / Coach
Personal trainer and naturopath with over 16 years of experience in the health and wellness industry.
I began my career at just 17 and have specialised in group fitness, strength training, Zumba, pilates, pre and postnatal, and women’s health movement.
I have also spent 10 years running my own women’s fitness franchise, an experience that deepened my understanding of coaching, leadership, and client results.
Alongside my fitness career, I am a degree-qualified naturopath, herbalist, and nutritionist who believes true health is achieved when the body is supported from every angle.
My mission is to inspire others to reconnect with their body’s potential and feel strong - physically, mentally, and emotionally. -

Masseuse / Coach
Personal trainer and massage therapist with a passion for helping women rebuild their confidence and feel strong.
My approach combines personalised training, mindful movement, and recovery focused massage therapy to help my clients move better, feel better, and live with confidence.
As a mum myself, I know how easy it can be to put yourself last. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to create a supportive, judgment-free space where women can rediscover their power, fall in love with fitness, and embrace the best version of themselves.
